The four assistants
- Proposal Writer. Paste your call notes and your rate, get a full proposal back: summary in the client's words, deliverables with "done when" criteria, a "Not included" section, timeline, three pricing options and a next step. A small calculator works the price out from your hours, buffer and rate, so the numbers aren't guessed. It's basically a proposal template that fills itself in.
- Scope-Creep Guard. Paste your agreed scope and the client's latest "can you also..." message. It splits out each ask, says whether it's in scope, a revision, out of scope or unclear (quoting your scope), prices the extras and drafts a friendly reply: add it, swap it, or park it for later.
- Invoice Chaser. Give it the invoice details and what you've sent so far. It picks the right stage (friendly, firm, final), writes the invoice reminder with the exact amount and dates, and gives you a follow-up schedule. It only adds a late fee if your contract has one.
- Content Repurposer. One blog post, newsletter or transcript in, five formats out: LinkedIn post, X thread, newsletter section, Instagram caption with carousel outline and a short video script. Keeps your voice and flags claims you should double check.

Why not just ask ChatGPT?
You can, and for a one-off email that's fine. But a blank chat does the maths in its head and sometimes gets it wrong. These assistants run small calculators for pricing, change orders and late fees and show their working. They also follow a set process (exclusions, revision rounds, reminder stages) and you set them up once instead of re-pasting prompts every time. How it was checked
It's written for Claude and ChatGPT. The calculators have automated tests you can re-run, and each assistant was dry-run and reviewed step by step on realistic examples. None of that was done inside the Claude or ChatGPT apps, and AI output varies, so every assistant shows its maths and ends with a quick checklist.
Who it's for (and not)

Do I need both Claude and ChatGPT?
No. Use whichever one you already have. Every assistant comes as a Claude Skill and as a Custom GPT.
Which Claude plans support Skills?
Custom skills work on Free, Pro, Max, Team and Enterprise plans with code execution turned on, and in Claude Code. Anthropic changes its plans now and then, so check their help center if something looks different.
Which ChatGPT plans can create Custom GPTs?
You need a plan that includes the GPT builder (paid plans at the time of writing). Check OpenAI's current plans page.
Was it tested inside Claude or ChatGPT?
No. It's written for Claude and ChatGPT, but we didn't run it inside either app. The calculators have automated tests and the assistants were dry-run and reviewed step by step. Run one of the worked examples after you install it to check your setup.
Do I need to code?
No. The small Python calculators run in the built-in code tool. Claude Code users approve the script once.
Will it send emails for me?
No. It writes drafts, you read them and send them yourself. If you want hands-off automation, look at the AI Agent Service Kit.
Is the late fee stuff legal advice?
No, it's general info. Only charge fees your contract states and your local law allows.
Can I edit the templates?
Yes. It's all plain text and Markdown, so change your rates, tone and terms however you like.
Can I share it with my team?
The license covers one person or one business. Your clients never need access, you only send them the drafts.
