Do I need all six?

No. The Chief of Staff works on its own and writes briefs you can run yourself. Add the others when you need them.

Do I need to know how to write prompts?

No. Fill in the facts block at the top (business name, what you sell, who for) and paste the whole file.

Can they post, send emails or spend money for me?

No. They draft and recommend. Anything that sends, posts, spends or deletes is your call, on purpose.
